Lab Panels

This blood panel provides a comprehensive view of various aspects of your health, including blood cell counts, metabolic function, hormone levels, inflammation markers, and cardiovascular risk factors. These tests help our healthcare professionals assess and monitor your overall well-being. Available lab panel options:

- Red Blood Cells (RBC): Measures the number of red blood cells, which carry oxygen throughout the body.

- White Blood Cells (WBC): Checks for infections or inflammation.

- Hemoglobin (Hb): Measures the amount of oxygen-carrying protein in red blood cells.

- Hematocrit (Hct): Examines the proportion of red blood cells to the total blood volume.

- Platelets: Assesses blood clotting ability.

- Includes various tests like electrolytes (sodium, potassium), glucose, blood urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine, and more. It evaluates kidney function, electrolyte balance, and blood sugar levels.

- Indicates inflammation in the body.

- A hormone related to the production of other hormones, including sex hormones.

- A form of estrogen, primarily found in females, but also present in males in smaller amounts.

- Another form of estrogen.

- Regulates reproductive processes, particularly in females.

- Regulates the thyroid gland's hormone production.

- Measure active thyroid hormones.

- Measure active thyroid hormones.

- A type of lipoprotein associated with cardiovascular risk.

- Measures insulin levels, important for glucose metabolism.

- Stimulates the production of sex hormones.

- Assesses cholesterol levels and includes ApoB, a protein associated with cardiovascular risk.
- A hormone important in the menstrual cycle and pregnancy.
- Measures a protein produced by the prostate gland. Elevated levels may indicate prostate issues.
- Binds to sex hormones, regulating their activity in the body.
- Measures levels of testosterone, an important sex hormone in males and females.
- Reflects average blood sugar levels over the past 2-3 months.
- Measures levels of uric acid in the blood, relevant in conditions like gout.
- Assesses the body's iron stores.

GTT 2 Hour (Glucose Intolerance) ($50)

Used to assess how well your body handles glucose (sugar). It is often done to check for diabetes or glucose intolerance. This test helps our healthcare professionals understand how efficiently your body manages sugar over time.

APOE (Alzheimer's Risk) ($300)

The APOE test is a genetic test that analyzes an individual’s APOE gene to determine their specific variants (ε2, ε3, or ε4). This information can be used by healthcare professionals to provide a personalized assessment of the individual’s risk for developing Alzheimer’s disease.

Dexcom Blood Glucose Monitoring (10 day tracking) ($200)

Dexcom Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) is a wearable system that allows individuals to monitor their blood glucose levels in real-time throughout the day and night. This offers a more comprehensive and dynamic picture of blood glucose control compared to traditional monitoring methods. Sharing this information with our healthcare providers during a review allows for collaborative decision-making and the development of an effective management plan tailored to your individual needs.

Body Composition/ Performance

These assessments allow us to track changes in body composition over time, monitor the effectiveness of exercise and nutrition programs, and tailor interventions for individuals based on their specific body composition goals.

PNOE ($50)

A PNOE test, which includes metabolic and respiratory measurements, provides a detailed analysis of your metabolism during exercise. This offers insight into energy utilization, fat and carbohydrate metabolism, and respiratory efficiency. Understanding metabolic parameters through PNOE testing can enhance the effectiveness of exercise plans and contribute to overall health and fitness management.

Bod Pod Body Composition ($50)

The Bod Pod is a device used for measuring body composition, specifically the percentage of body fat and lean body mass. It is a type of air displacement plethysmography (ADP) system.

Vo2 max ($50)

A VO2 max test measures the maximum amount of oxygen a person can use during intense exercise, reflecting their cardiovascular and aerobic fitness. This test is valuable as it provides insights into their aerobic capacity, helping tailor personalized training programs, evaluate cardiovascular health, and assess overall fitness levels. Understanding VO2 max can guide you to optimizing your exercise routines and achieving peak performance while also serving as a valuable health indicator.

Dexa Body Composition test ($100)

A DEXA (Dual-Energy X-ray Absorptiometry) body composition test is a precise method for assessing body fat, lean mass, and bone density. Using low-dose X-rays, DEXA provides detailed information about the distribution of fat and lean tissues in different body regions. This test is valuable in evaluating body composition changes, assessing the risk of osteoporosis, and guiding personalized fitness and nutritional interventions.

Health Monitoring

Ensure your health with our comprehensive monitoring services. Detect potential issues early with detailed imaging and precise cardiac assessments. Prioritize your well-being with cutting-edge diagnostics and personalized care.

Full Body MRI ($3000)

A Full Body MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) is sought for comprehensive imaging of various internal structures, including organs, tissues, and joints throughout the entire body. This non-invasive and radiation-free imaging technique is valuable for detecting abnormalities, diagnosing diseases, and assessing overall health. A Full Body MRI is particularly useful for detailed evaluation of multiple systems simultaneously, making it a versatile tool for comprehensive health screenings, early disease detection, and monitoring various medical conditions.

EKG  ($50)

An Electrocardiogram (EKG or ECG) is performed to assess the electrical activity of the heart. This non-invasive test records the heart’s rhythm and can detect irregularities such as arrhythmias, identify signs of heart disease, and assess the overall health of the cardiovascular system.
