Our membership model is an affordable option to receive chiropractic care on a consistent basis, and can be a great option for individuals as well as whole families to increase their quality of life. With our monthly plan, you have access to four visits with Dr. Haley throughout the month.
Adult $99/month
- 4 visits per month at $24.75 per visit.
- 50% savings when compared to single visit rate
Youth $49/month (includes 4 visits)
Memberships are billed every 1st of the month with a two month commitment.
New to chiropractic care? $29 for new patients of Dr. Haley.
